She’s my best friend’s little sister.
Well, kind of. Steph has always just been part of our friend group.
But 𝗜’𝘃𝗲 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗳𝗶𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝘁𝗿𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗺𝘆𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳 𝗺𝘆 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗮 𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗿.
I don’t love her. 𝘠𝘦𝘴, 𝘐 𝘥𝘰. Not like that. 𝘌𝘹𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘭𝘺 𝘭𝘪𝘬𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵.
And getting a front-row seat to her life is a form of torture I’ve gotten used to.
I watched her date, have a son, and grow into the most beautiful woman I’ve ever seen.
I’m her first call and will always show up.
Because 𝗜’𝗺 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗲𝘄 𝗺𝗲𝗻 𝘀𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁𝘀.
She tells me everything.
Until now.
When danger slowly descends on our small town, I find out Steph is keeping a secret.
And the more she tries to avoid me, the more I’m convinced Steph is in trouble.
𝗜’𝗹𝗹 𝗱𝗼 𝗮𝗻𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝗼𝗻.
Even if that means telling her 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨.

Title: Restore
Series: The Broken and Beautiful Book 2
By: Michelle Fernandez
The moment Rochelle Reed walked into my gym and interrupted my training, she was unabashed, confident, and downright gorgeous. Her hypnotizing almond-shaped eyes and captivating smile was a sucker punch to my gut, and I wanted her.
Somehow, she managed to break down my walls and unlock the wrought-iron gates around my dark soul. She made me forget the scars of my past. Rochelle made me realize she is everything I ever longed for in a woman.
Without warning, Rochelle was taken from me. The ransom call and complying to the demands came with a heavy price. It’s then I realize, the woman I am madly in love with, has deep rooted secrets, and our past is what brought us together.
But no matter how betrayed I feel, I am putting everything on the line for Rochelle, and will stop at nothing to get her back. Alive.

This is the second book in the series and they must be read in order. This book picks up right where the first one leaves off. Rochelle has been kidnapped from the event. Dean is blaming himself. He knew someone was after him and now Rochelle is paying the price for that. He will get her back. He still doesn’t know the truth about Rochelle though. When Rochelle is rescued, she can’t keep her secret anymore. But how will Dean react. Dean doesn’t have the best track record with people who lie to him. Both Dean and Rochelle are unlocking secrets about their pasts. Learning more about their parents. Will Dean and Rochelle make it through this or will the secret tear them apart? This book was a great conclusion to the duet. Neither expected to fall for the other. But it happened. How will they deal with things now. Both are uncovering things from the pasts and learning to deal with that on top of what is happening between them. I love the characters in this book. I recommend this duet. Great job Michelle.

Michelle Fernandez lives in Southern California with her husband, children, and two pups. When she's not writing, she's laughing it up with friends and family or simply relaxing!
Contemporary Romance, Romance Suspense and Military Romance are her most favorite genres, and loves happily ever afters... who doesn't? Which is why she started writing in the first place. It started as a hobby. One chapter turned into ten, then a novel was born.
Till I Found You is her first novel. The damsel heroine and the alpha gentleman hero are whom she loves to write about. Making up worlds and characters for readers to fall in love with, is the most rewarding for her.
She hopes that her words give the reader all the 'feels' as it does for her when she writes about them and makes them as authentic as she possibly can.
