My Review
This is the first book I have read by Alta. This is the
third book in this series but each one can be read as a standalone. This book
was a great interesting read. I wasn’t sure how the book was going to go based
on the blurb. But it wasn’t nearly as kinky as I thought it would be. Ivy is a
great character. She goes through some self-discovery during the book. The
dolls are great works of art and people travel the world and spend lots of
money on tickets to see them perform. But, that same thing makes vile evil men
want them. Will Victor be able to protect his dolls especially his favorite
doll, Ivy. Victor sees something in Ivy. She is different from the other dolls.
She makes him feel things that he hasn’t felt before for any doll. Normally he
has no problem allowing other to watch or even touch his dolls. But, with Ivy
he doesn’t want anyone to touch or look at her. Now faced with the fact that
others want to hurt his dolls he worries more for Ivy’s safety. I really liked
this book and I want to read the first two books in this series now. I have
added them to my TBR list. Alta writes a great story and I look forward to
reading more books by her.
