This is the first book in this trilogy. Emma is a widow and a
single mother of three little girls. After the death of her husband she learned
many things about him and none of it good. Now six years later Liam O’Reilly
comes into her life. She reacts to Liam like she has never reacted to a man
before not even her deceased husband. She is leery of the way he makes her feel.
She is afraid of getting hurt again. Liam has a connection to her past. They
two of them hit off right from the start. Will Liam tell her about their
connection or will he keep it a secret and hope she doesn’t find out another way?
I love all the characters in this series. Liam is so charismatic. There is just
something about him. Emma is so caring and loving. She wants to let Liam in but
worries what will happen if it doesn’t last. She has her daughters to think of
as well. I look forward to reading the next book in this series and seeing what
happens next. Liam and Emma are fantastic together.
