This is the first book by I have read by S. A. Clayton. This
is an enemies to lovers book. Drew and Katie went to school together. Katie was
a mean girl in school and didn’t exactly make Drew’s life easy. Now its ten
years later and Katie has moved back to town and right in next door to Drew. As
it turns out not everything is as it seems. Even all those years ago. After an
interaction Drew believes that Katie is still the same girl from all those
years ago. Turns out that Katie is dealing with the same issues she was all
those years ago. How will Drew see Katie once he learns about what she is
dealing with? I enjoyed this book. It was a quick read. The book moves at a fast
pace. Drew learns that Katie and he have a lot in common. I look forward to
reading the other books in this series as they come out. The characters were
great and the plot was engaging. Great job S.A. Clayton.
AUTHOR BIO
S.A. Clayton lives in a small town outside of Toronto, Canada with her husband and her scary large collection of books that seem to take over every room.
She has worked on both sides of the publishing industry, both in a bookstore and for actual publishing companies. Although she loved both for different reasons, she found that writing was her true passion and has spent the last few years breaking into the industry as best she can.
She is a lover of all things romance and began her writing journey in her late twenties. Since then, she has immersed herself in the romance genre and couldn't be happier.
When she's not writing or reading, she enjoys binging a great Netflix show (Stranger Things anyone?), baking (because who doesn't love cookies!) and spending time with her family.
