This book is part of the Happily Ever Alpha world. This book
starts out with a funny meet cute. Mike is trying to help out his ex-wife by
picking up her daughter from school when she gets stuck in traffic. Tasha is the
little girl’s teacher and calls the cops of Mike when he says he is her dad and
Tasha knows he isn’t. Luckily Mike’s ex shows up in time to stop him from going
to jail. Mike and Tasha feel a crazy pull towards each other. But life and
misunderstanding could stop them from really seeing where things could go. Both
of them don’t have the best luck when it comes to relationships. There is a
twist in this story as well. I really enjoyed this book. Each book in this collection
is a standalone romance. I have read several of them but not all and loved
them. Great job Mayra.
