This is the third book in this series. George and Murphy have been involved in two murders this summer. They are hoping August will go by without one. No such luck. Bumble, George’s pug finds a woman when they are on their way home. Bumble didn’t kill anyone but that doesn’t mean some don’t think George is involved somehow. The wedding party is full of suspects. George and Murphy are trying to stay out of the investigation but the those involved won’t leave them alone. When they can’t stay out of it they might as well join the investigation. You won’t believe he the killer is or why they did it. Will George be able to survive the summer or will get caught by the killer? I love this series. George, Murphy, and the whole gang are wonderful characters. Every one in town is a gossip. All you have to do is ask around town if you want to know something. Dahlia does a wonderful job of writing these small town cosy mystery series. I love all the different series. Fantastic job Dahlia. I can’t wait for her next book.

Dahlia Donovan wrote her first romance series after a crazy dream about shifters and damsels in distress.  Dahlia is an autistic who prefers irreverent humour and unconventional characters.  She has found great happiness with her husband, her tiny dog Bacon, and her collection of books and video games.

Dahlia has worked over the years as a teacher, insurance adjuster, and even had a brief stint as the pianist in a band–very brief, like three weeks. She uses her experiences as a TCK travelling around the world during the first twenty-years of her life to add spice to her stories.
