This is the first book in a new series by Liz. Belle works
as a professional Sub. She is doing something different though. She has been
hired by a Dom to be a submissive on a private island for 2 months. She isn’t
just going off with him. Things have been carefully gone over and a team of
lawyer and her boss were involved. Dean knew he wanted Belle from the moment he
saw her. This is going to be interesting for Belle. She has trouble separating her
job from her feelings for Dean. It doesn’t take long for her to wish he was
really her Dom and this wasn’t just a job. Belle helps Dean in ways she doesn’t
even realize. Dean is going through something with his work and family. He
helps her as well. She is learning that it is okay to feel the things she does
and that it is okay to like them. It doesn’t mean there is something wrong with
her or anything. I really enjoyed this read. Belle and Dean are great
characters. This is one hot and steamy read. I really liked all the characters
in this book. I will say this book is a slow build. Like extremely slow. Part
of that I think is because it is a job. Both want this to be more but worry if
the other wants it. Plus, there is a setback in the story line. This is one of
my favorite genres. I look forward to reading more books in this series. Great job
