This is the fourth book in the series. They can be read as
standalone books. I have read the second book and this one but not the others.
I wasn’t confused at all. Sophia has recently moved to town and begun working
for the club’s restaurant. Tse considers himself a love and leave them type. Then
he meets Sophia. There is just something about her that draws him in. He fights
it at first. After all what does he have to offer her. Tse past maybe making a reappearance
in his present. Some people take revenge right away and others wait for the
perfect opportunity. Will Tse and the club be able to protect theirs or will
the past make its mark again? I really enjoyed this book. Freya is a great writer.
Sophia’s life has had many changes lately. She is learning that not everything
needs to planned. Sometimes doing something outside of your comfort zone turns
out to be the best thing. Tse must face his past in more ways than one. He never
thought he would meet a woman he wanted to have a future with. I can’t wait for
more books in this series. I look forward to reading more books by Freya in the
future. Great job Freya.
