This is the first book by Jaime I have read. I really
enjoyed this book. I didn’t expect it to be as emotional as it was. This is a
MM book, so if that isn’t your thing skip it. Warren is guarded. He has his
reasons for it. Gian needs honesty above everything especially in a
relationship. Warren has been watching Gian for six months which is not like
him. But there is just something about Gian. Gian is surprised by the young
Warren. He has cheesy pickup lines and a nervous habit of stating facts about
animals. Can Warren open himself up to Gian. Can he let someone in beyond surface
level? Can Gian help Warren overcome things that have happened in his past and
find a way to move forward? This book is a crazy emotional roller coaster for Warren.
He guy brings something different to the table. Each show how they care in
different ways. The characters in this book are great. They have depth and make
you wish they were real. I would love to read more about these characters in
another book. Great job Jaime.
