This is the first book by Willow Winters I have read. I loved it so much. The synopsis intrigued me. Once I started reading I was totally sucked in. Robin was taken as a child. The man who took her had a little boy. The boy protected her and they fell in love even in a horrible situation. Then she ran the first chance she got even though she knew the boy wasn’t behind her. She has felt incredible guilt since then about leaving the boy behind. Now twenty years later he is back. He is a man now and he wants her. Their story is about to start its second chapter. They have never stopped loving each other. This story was amazing. There are some serious twists and turns. The book is dark and emotional. What the two of them went through as children was horrible. Worse for the boy because he never got to escape. Will their love help them heal now that they are back together? I seriously can’t say enough about this book. I highly recommend it.
