My Review
This book has a giant twist not too far into the book. It starts off with your normal Romeo and
Juliet type of thing but quickly changes.
This book was fantastic. Lucy
runs away from her family at only 14 because they are forcing her to do something
she doesn’t want to and she fears they will kill her if she doesn’t get
away. She hides in a Deathstalkers
warehouse and is found by Jordan and Twisted.
They take her back to the President and Lucy tells him her story. The club votes to offer her protection till
she turns 18. This book was crazy
emotional at times. Lucy comes from a
different upbringing than most and although they claim to be religious they
seem to some of the worst people ever.
They are willing to do whatever it takes to make sure that the girls toe
the line. Lucy finds herself in a
completely different world than the one she grew up in. She felt like she never fit in with her
family but among these big tough bikers she is instantly their family no
questions asked. She feels safer and
more loved than ever. Jordan is
completely taken by Lucy from the first time he saw her in that warehouse. She was only 14 and he knew there was nothing
he could do. It was wrong for so many
reasons than his Pres said no one could touch her till she was 18. Jordan will have to wait till she is legal to
let her know how he feels because if he lets her know before than he may not be
able to control himself around her at all.
This story has a bit of everything; love, danger, bikers, and so much
more. If you are someone who doesn’t
like rap or extreme violence than this book isn’t for you. The ending was hard to read for me. I can’t believe that they would do what they
did but the book ends on a happy ending.
I can’t wait to read the next book in this series. This is the first book I have read by Alexis
and I loved it. I look forward to
reading more of her books in the future.

She loves spending time with her kids, although she has to hide the computer from them when she is writing! She love being active and being outdoors, especially if it involves any kind of shopping. She has always been passionate about writing. She loves to read romance books and feels like being able to lose yourself in a book is one of the more exciting aspects. The books she loves to read and write will be ones that make you feel for the characters. Ashley believes that you should have an opinion on every character in a book whether you love them, hate them, or think they are up to something.She also believes that the most important critic is your reader, so she loves to hear from the readers. She want her fans to be open & talk to her about what they want for the characters in the story, and what they would like to see happen.
