This is the fourth book in the series. They can be read as
standalone books. I haven’t read the other books in the series and I wasn’t
confused at all. Lincoln is a navy seal on the omega sky team. Leila is an
interpreter. They meet a little while ago on another assignment. It sparked an
interest but didn’t go anywhere. They are about to reacquainted only this time
Lincoln will need to save Leila. Leila can’t believe she is finding herself in
this situation. The only good thing to come of it is that she is in contact
with Lincoln again. The two are going to stay in contact this time. Things aren’t
that simple though. The person who took Leila and the others is up to something
big. They weren’t worried about taking the people or what would happen to them.
They need to figure out why those people and what he wanted. Leila is going to
wind up playing a bigger part than she ever imagined. Will Lincoln be able to
protect her and figure out everything? This book was a great read. I couldn’t
put it down once I started. I loved the characters. I look forward to reading
the other books in the series. I have read several of Caitlyn’s and I always
love them. This one was no different. Great job Caitlyn.
