This is the seventh book in this series. They can be read as standalone books. I haven’t read any of the other books in the series and I wasn’t confused at all. Maso has resigned himself to a life without love after he lost the woman he loved. Now he finds himself faced with an attraction to a woman like never before. Bria has been living in hell for more years than she wants to remember. Then she meets Maso. She feels safe with him. But she has been let down by every man she has ever met, why would he be different? The more time they spend together the more they both want it each other. Both are fighting demons from their past. Can they find a way past them and have a future together? Bria has more to work through than Maso. Maso wants nothing more than to help Bria. To show her that he wants to give her the world. This book was a fantastic read. I have added the other books from the series to my tbr list and can’t wait to read them. Wonderful job KL Donn. These characters are wonderful and I felt for each of them and what they had been through. I look forward to reading about Bria’s sister.
