This is the third book in the moonlight hollow series but also part of the Bluegrass Dynasty series. Darcy isn’t an easy woman to get on with. She still hadn’t quite given up hope that she and Carson would be together. Now that he is adopting a baby with his new wife, she realizes that isn’t going to happen. She quickly sets her sights on a new man. Mark Walters in new in town. She meets him at the local kink club. She is new to that world but finds it suits her well. Mark is still dealing with the death of his wife. Things progress quickly with Darcy but not completely in a healthy way. Darcy has secrets that she is hiding from everyone. Tony just wants to protect his brother Mark. Getting the info could help everyone in the long run. There is more to Darcy. Will they be able to figure out what is going on before its too late? Mark will be the only one willing to deal with Darcy after she does the unthinkable. Will it be enough? I will be honest I wouldn’t have been able to get over what Darcy does. It would never matter how much she changed or grew; I think. Darcy is a troubled girl who dealt with something horrible and it changed her forever. But she chooses to not get help and stay stuck in that in some ways. Mark is a wonderful man and I do think that Darcy does help him in some ways. They are a good pair and well suited after Darcy gets better. I loved this book and couldn’t put it down once I started. I can’t wait for the next book in the series. I haven’t read all the books in this series but loved the ones I did read. The others are my TBR list. Fantastic job Deanndra. I love all of Deanndra’s books and highly recommend them.
