This is the third book in this series. I haven’t read the
other books in this series. I wasn’t confused but I do want to read them after
reading this book. Hallie and Logan seem like they are oil and water. Everyone
believes they hate each other. Hallie and Logan have a drunken night together
after their friend’s wedding. Well Logan wasn’t really drunk. Hallie is
surprised by how much she wants Logan after their drunken night. Maybe they can
continue to have between the sheets fun. But things change when Hallie sees
those two lines on the test. Logan has never hated Hallie however he does like
to get under her skin. When he learns she is pregnant he is determined to show
her how good they can be together. After all there is no reason for them to
stop sleeping together, she is already pregnant. Then when she needs a place to
stay, he jumps at the chance. But what happens when Hallie still isn’t all in.
They can coparent right? Logan has been married before and is still forced to
deal with her. His ex isn’t exactly a joy and how knows what she will pull when
she learns Hallie is pregnant. This book had me hooked from the start. I love
it. I have added the other books in this series to my TBR list and I can’t wait
to read them. This book has a bit of spice not a whole lot. There is romance
with a bit of enemies to lovers thrown in. Wonderful job Lacey. I look forward
to reading more books by Lacey in the future.
