she saw it—a glimpse of black. A pickup truck with the door hanging
open. She barely had time to conjure the words of the greeting she’d
prepared when her door opened and a big male arm reached inside.
Sprinkled with dark hair, a thick leather watch strapped around the

He gripped her hands and pulled her to her feet. She locked her knees to keep from falling over, then Stowe’s trim backside moved away from her. He opened the trunk of the car and hauled her luggage out.

My Review
This is the 5th book in the Boot Knockers Series; however they do not have to read in order. In this book Stowe the "Dom from Down Under" goes to visit his sister, Amelia in LA where she works as an assistant to a TV chef names Tabbart Tracy. Tabbart is beginning to get burnt out. She loves her job however she films more episodes than a normal cooking show, all her vacation revolve around her show somehow and she hasn't really dated in two years. Every guy she meets seems to only want her to feed them pie while naked. Then she meets Stowe. He throws her completely off; she can't seem to speak around him. Stowe has a sub get under his skin a few weeks ago and has been different ever since. Then he meets Tabbart and can't seem to stop think about her and all the things he would like to do to her. He doesn't know if buy Tabbart can't get him out of her head either. Tabbart asks Amelia about her brother and she gives her a link and tells her to go to that link to contact her brother. Tabbart is surprised by what she sees on the site and decides to something out of character and buy a week of Stowe's time. Stowe is told by his bosses that Tabbart specifically requested him and that she is skipping the normal process because she doesn't want it to get out that she is coming to Boot Knockers Ranch. Stowe is blown away and can't wait for Tabbart to get there so the fun can begin. They are drawn to each other and are about to learn a lot of about each other and themselves over the next week. What will happen during their time together? Will they be able to have more than just the time she purchases? I loved this book. Tracy is in a kind of limbo she loves her work but is getting burnt out. She is forced to be mindful of everything she does so the tabloids don't eat her alive. She wants to get back to her roots of cooking. Stowe is the Dom from down under. He didn't intend to work at a place like Boot Knockers Ranch when he came to the states. He wanted to bread Bulls for riding and have a place of his own. He knows he can't work at Boot Knockers forever but is he ready to take the leap in his personal life by pursuing that dream right now. Then he meets Tabbart and everything changes. This book was a fun read. I have read one other book in this series and a few others by Em Petrova and I love her work. She fast became one of my favorite authors. This book is well written and the characters are great. They pull you in and they have depth. I love that you get to read a little bit more about them in the other books in the series. I look forward to read more books by Em Petrova in the future.
